Hi All

I was wondering if anyone can help me work out where to start with a privacy policy for my website?

It will offer a paying service via Paypal or similar 3rd party affiliate. I will not be taking any payment details myself from customers on my own site. In fact the only info I need take from customers myself is Name and e mail address, since they will pay upfront.

Q. Do I need a Privacy Policy? If so can I just write one myself on basic principles or should I buy one or worse still, get one drawn up for me by a solicitor?
