then you'll be working at scams4u where, according to mobile business (one of the trade rags), a customer went into one of their stores and bought a p800 on orange. they were then given one of phones4free's legendary gentle sales pitches, and ended up signing into insurance at ?20/month (yes, that does say ?20/month
). when they got home they noticed the orange care leaflet in the box, offering cover for an altogether more reasonable ?5/month. when they tried to cancel their insurance with shit'u'like, they were told that now they'd signed for it, they had to keep it for 12 months. eventually they managed to contact the insurance firm who underwrote the policy, and got it cancelled direct. when the rag tried to get a response from ripoffs r us, they said they did offer insurance for such phones, but couldn't comment on how much it cost.
well, at least they hadn't signed up to singlepoint billing as well.
